저희 학교는 매니토바주 법령(The Corporations Act)에 의거하여 정식 등록된 비영리 교육 법인입니다.

설립 근거: 매니토바주 법령 (The Corporations Act of Manitoba)

2. 설립 목적 및 주요 사업 (Undertaking)

교육 서비스: 한국어, 음악 및 사회 교과(역사, 문화, 사회과학) 교육
문화 유산 보존: 한국의 전통 언어와 문화유산을 장려, 보존 및 홍보
장학 사업: 본교 졸업생이 상급 교육기관(University/Post-Secondary) 진학 시 장학금 수여

3. 운영 원칙 (Non-Profit Principle)

비영리 운영: 본 법인은 주식 자본이 없으며(Without Share Capital), 개인의 경제적 이익을 목적으로 운영되지 않습니다.
수익의 재투자: 운영 과정에서 발생하는 모든 수익은 법인의 목적 달성과 교육 사업의 발전을 위해서만 사용됩니다.

매니토바 한글학교 행동 수칙 (Manitoba Korean School's Conduct Policy)

매니토바 한글학교에서는 타인에게 위협이 되거나, 대립을 유발하거나, 무례하게 느껴질 수 있는 모든 행동을 엄격히 금지합니다.

학부모, 보호자, 교사, 자원봉사자, 직원, 방문객 및 학생 등 우리 학교 공동체의 모든 구성원은 서로를 존중해야 하며, 아울러 위니펙 교육청 직원들에게도 상호 존중의 태도를 보여야 합니다.

본 행동 수칙을 위반할 경우, 어떠한 자격이나 역할로도 수업을 포함한 학교의 모든 활동 및 행사에 참여하실 수 없습니다.

Manitoba Korean School doesn't tolerate any behavior that may reasonably be perceived as intimidating, confrontational, or disrespectful.

All community members including parents, guardians, faculty, volunteers, staff, visitors, and students are expected to maintain respectful behavior with one another and with Winnipeg School Division personnel.

Anyone who violates this policy will not be allowed to participate in any school activities in any capacity or role.

매니토바 한글학교 환불 정책 (Refund Policy )

본교의 수업료는 학기가 시작된 이후에는 어떠한 사유로도 환불이 불가능합니다. 학기 시작 후 등록을 취소하거나 중도 하차 하실 경우, 납부하신 금액은 반환되지 않으며 학교 발전을 위한 비영리단체 기부금으로 간주되어 처리됩니다.

Tuition is non-refundable for any reason once the semester has officially commenced. In the event of registration cancellation or withdrawal after the start of the semester, the paid amount will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to the non-profit organization for school development.
